ColDis is a family of modern modular Web-based systems supporting processes of establishment and management of estates.
ColDis assumes and automates estate manager’s most difficult tasks related to business operation:
- management processes – cost collection and their distribution to estate owners by settling tenants, registration and issuing of documents, registration and support of payments and managing budgets of maintained objects. Integrated with the Business Objects platform, it provides all business analyses without the need of implementing additional documents
- developer processes – management of investments’ budgets along with calculating and control of budgets, registration of administrative and design documentation and management of premise sale process on all stages of investment.

Low networking and hardware requirements: The system has minimal requirements towards workstations and does not require costly dedicated Internet connections.

References

In the years 2005-2006, we implemented the ColDis Management module in the entire Cefic Polska chain. The implementation’s success, signified in simplification and automation of management of the estate chain, triggered the decision of implementing another module – ColDis Lease – this implementation is currently nearly finished.
Works on extending the system’s features continue simultaneously according to the needs of Cefic.

We have chosen the way of customizing our systems to the Client’s needs, since our mission is to ensure the highest possible quality and maximal adjustment to the business procedures in a supported company.

Subsequent development of the IT system is planned, for Cefic – covering the area of CRM. This implementation, as usual in MakoLab’s projects, will be “made-to-measure”; our system will use data already present in the company to the fullest extent and will integrate with the existing database systems.
